[physics] Configuration

The [physics] section of your easel.toml configuration file can be used to specify the configuration related to physics.

Decay​

speedDecay = 0.05
turnRateDecay = 0.5
  • speedDecay defines the default factor by which a DecaySpeed component decays linear velocity each tick.
  • turnRateDecay defines the default factor by which a DecayTurnRate component decays angular velocity each tick.

Note that speed or turn rate will not decay unless a SpeedDecay or TurnRateDecay component is added to the entity.
